This exhibit is an addition to the case including exh82503.rnrnThe exhibit includes the current condition of the right leg and four surgical steps with a possible post-operative condition of a proposed future surgery.rnrnThe current condition illustrates the hardware situated in the right tibia and the malunion of the distal tibial fracture from previously.rnrnThe surgical steps include the removal of the intramedullary nail through a patellar incision, the debriding of the area of malunion, the placement of bone graft into the gap, and the insertion of a plate and screws around the malunion.rnrnThe final image gives a look at a possible future outcome with the plate and screws in place and the continued bone growth in the tibial break.
