Front and Back Burn Figures, with Normal Skin vs. 3rd° Burned Skin - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This stock medical exhibit features illustrations to outline the extent of burn injuries sustained in a fire. The first image shows a posterior and anterior view of a figure who has suffered total body burns over ninety four percent of his body. The severity of the burns is highlighted in the illustrations and highlights the fact that the only areas sparred from the burns were the soles of the feet, the ankles, portions of the lower leg, the armpits and a narrow band at the waist. Also included on the exhibits are two illustrations comparing a cross section of normal skin and a cross section of skin that has a third degree burn.
