This is a pregnant female in her 31 week of gestation: in the first figure shows the cesarean scars in both the skin and uterus intact. On the second image the scar in the uterus has ruptured and the fetus is free floating in the abdomen out of the uterine cavity. Also the placenta has detached from the uterine wall, leaving the baby with no connection to the mother for oxygenation.
