This exhibit depicts large epidural veins causing indentation on the spinal cord at the cervical level of C4-5 and the surgical procedure to relieve pressure on the spinal cord. The surgical intervention involves removing the disc material from C4-5 and the posterior longitudinal ligament, insertion of a Peek cage filled with bone graft and securing it in place with a cervical plate and screws.
