This exhibit begins with a sagittal view of the cervical spine showing the post-accident condition - with C6-7 fracture subluxation. A film shows the post-accident condition is included. Next, multiple steps of the 6/26/12 surgery are illustrated, including the placement of Gardner-Wells tongs, anterior neck incision, C6-7 discectomy, insertion of PEEK cage, and insertion of an anterior cervical plate. A post-operative x-ray shows the hardware in place is included.
