Posterior Cervical Fusion - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This exhibit features multiple steps of the 8/7/12 surgery , including the posterior neck incision, placement of lateral mass screws at C4 and C5, and pedicle screws at T1, T2, and T3 bilaterally, placement of rods and crosslinks, decortication of bone and placement of bone graft and BMP pledgets to complete the fusion. A post-operative x-ray showing the new posterior hardware in place is also included.
