Right Arm Deformity with Surgical Derotational Osteotomy - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This is a generic exhibit demonstration of Birth Palsy: The right arm has significant internal rotation contracture with pronation of the forearm. To correct the deformity, a transverse cut is made in the humerus, the distal humerus is rotated and secured in anatomical position using a plate and screws. Check exhibit showing the same condition with the left arm.
