Labels identify the electrical hazard zone, ilioinguinal nerve, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, genitofemoral nerve, iliac vein and artery, triangle of doom, colon, epigastric vessels and bladder. The third illustration is a superior axial view of the pelvis with a stapler, laparoscope and grasper present. The fourth illustration is an enlarged detailed view of the correct way to place a mesh to repair a right inguinal hernia. The fifth illustration shows an incorrect plamement of mesh where the tacks are placed circumferentially around the mesh.
